Web Services Pricing
Many clients call and ask for a price for a new website. Unfortunately it's not that easy - very similar to calling a contractor and asking him how much it costs to build a house.
Pricing is based off of a number of factors, 1st being the number of pages, the type of programming required, the type of content, and others.
Pricing
Minimum price for a website is $500.00 for a 1-3 page website.
An average price range is $125.00 to $175.00 per page for more than 3 pages. For example, a 5 page site could range between $625.00 to $875.00; an 8 page site $1000.00 to $1400.00; 10 pages between $1250.00 to 1750.00 and so on. Remember, these prices are averages and some can be lower, and others higher. The more pages your website contains, the lower the per page cost. The initial design of the 1st page takes the most time, approx 50% of the time just for the initial design. Building the other pages and linking them takes the other 50% of the time.
After a phone, skype, or in person meeting, we can give you a solid unchanging price for your website.
Domain registration & Website Hosting
In addition to a website, if you don't already have a domain (your website.com or website.org address) and a hosting package, you will need to purchase one. Domain registration is an annual fee and hosting is a monthly fee. If you choose to register and host with us, here is how our pricing works: With a hosting package, we include 1 domain name for free. If you need more than 1 domain, the cost is $12.00 per year per domain and is billed with your hosting package. Our hosting package costs $40.00 per month, billed annually; non-profit companies pay $25.00 per month also billed annually. We bill Jan 1-Dec 31. If we build your website in May and its finished by June 1, we will bill you for 8 months, June-Dec. If we complete your website in Oct, we will bill for 14 months, Nov of that year to Dec of the next year. If we complete your site in the middle of the month, we give you the balance of that month free if you have paid us for the balance of that year.
Terms
We have give you the final cost for your website, domain registration, and web hosting package and require a 50% deposit of that amount along with 3 suggestive sites that you like and what you like in that site.
After receiving this, we begin the design process. This will take up to 2 weeks, maybe longer depending on the size & complexity of your site. Once we have a completed design, we will submit an image of this design to you for approval. This is an image only, not actually a working page. At this point we are looking for any suggestions or corrections to the design layout. All communication at this point is via email to ensure accuracy and nothing is lost. Modifications will go back and forth until you are completely satisfied with the design and we receive an email stating so. Following your approval email, no changes can be made to the design without a change order.
Following the design process we turn that image into a working page. After the working page is completed, it will be uploaded to a temporary link which we will send to you. Next comes the building of the individual pages and linking them together. At this point we will need to have received the content for the pages. Following the receiving of your content, we will fill the pages in with your content.
An email will be sent out with the link again, stating the website is complete and its time for you to go through the site suggest any content changes. After the changes have been made, it will be in your hands again. Once you are extremely satisfied with the site, we will need a final email from you approving the complete site and from this point, we will collect the 50% balance owed. After the balance has been received, we can either give you the website on disc, upload it to your server, or make it live on our server if we are hosting it.

Print Services Pricing
$75.00 per hour for design work of any kind, 1 hour minimum, billed in 1/2 hour increments after 1 hour.
Print Pricing for our products change on a regular basis and depends on our print affiliate pricing. Because they change their pricing all the time, we can't keep up with current pricing to post on our website. Call or email us about a specific product, the number of pieces desired, and any other factors for that product that might determine pricing and we can give you a price at that time.
